Money: The Lemonade Stand

Money with Millie, her kitten Biscuit and her friends Zoe and Mia at their lemonade stand: adding prices, how much more, making change from $5, $10 and $20, buying several at the same price, sharing the earnings equally, saving for a goal, and two-step problems on the big lemonade day.
