Perimeter and Area

Perimeter and area with Millie and her kitten Biscuit, at a grade 4 level: area by counting squares, then rows × columns for rectangles, perimeter by adding every side, finding a missing side, shapes with the same area but a different perimeter, and deciding which one a real job needs.

Every card is a little story: “Farmer Daisy’s bunny pen is 6 m long and 4 m wide. How much fence goes all the way around it?” Each topic has its own world and a big seek-and-find picture to explore.
