Number Riddles: Mermaid Lagoon
Welcome to Mermaid Lagoon! Octavia hides a number riddle inside every seashell. Read every clue, then find the one number that fits them all.
Remember: List the numbers that fit the first clue, then cross out any that don’t fit the next clue. The number left at the end is the answer.
Magic trick: Check your answer against every clue before you say it out loud. One clue missed is the most common slip!
Seek and Find
Look carefully at the picture of Mermaid Lagoon and find:
- 🐚 Find the row of seashells. 7 shells: odd and prime. Each one hides a riddle!
- ⭐ Find the starfish on the sand. Count them: 4 starfish, an even square number.
- ⚪ Find the square of pearls. 3 rows of 3 = 9 pearls: odd and a square number.
- 🐱 Millie and her kitten Biscuit are hiding in every picture. Can you spot them?
