Silent W: The Sprinkle Bakery

Welcome to the Sprinkle Bakery, where Chef Rosie is wrapping cake boxes with pink ribbon! A green wreath hangs on the door, and two little brown wrens sing on the windowsill.

Remember: When a word starts with the letters w and r, the w is silent: you only say the r sound. Write, wrist, wrap, wrong, wren and wreath all start with a silent w: “Chef Rosie wraps a box for Zoe.”
